Aroma diffuser is a simple, elegant and long-lasting solution to fill a house or office with a fresh and pleasant scent . Aroma diffusor is a special device that vaporizes essential oils into the air.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to almost all countries. Moreover the shipping is completely FREE.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the major payment methods such as VISA, MasterCard, AmEx and other credit card types. PayPal is currently not available. All the payments made in this site are secured as they are all processed through secure Stripe Payment gateway.

Why is it taking too long for my order to arrive?

In order to offer our customers a quality and technologically sophisticated products we strive to work with different manufacturers around the world. This is the reason the international shipping takes a little longer than domestic shipping.

We kindly advise you to allow 2 to 4 weeks for your package to arrive.

However, if your order has not arrived within 45 days of the date of purchase, please contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

My diffuser arrived defected or broken?

We will always do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. If your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the following proofs:

  • Photos of the front and the back of the package or box;
  • Partial shipment slips (if applicable);
  • Photo or video of the defective item;
  • Photo or video and a detailed description of the problem

After your request is inspected and approved, we will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed and applied to the method of payment used to make the original order or in some cases we can offer to ship a brand new item free of charge.

My diffuser has stopped working, and it does not generate vapour anymore?

Do not worry, we are here to help. As with any electronic device there may be some technical issue from time to time, but we can help you fix it as soon as you contact us! Make sure you clean the water tank regularly to avoid oil residue buildup which may block the air outtake. The first thing we would recommend to try is leaving the unit filled with water sit overnight completely disconnected.

If doing so won’t solve your problem, you can always contact us and we can look into getting it replaced!

Returns and Exchanges:

We only accept returns if:

1) The product arrived broken or damaged upon delivery.

2) The product is different from what was ordered.

We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. If your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the following proofs:

  • Photos of the front and the back of the package or box;
  • Partial shipment slips (if applicable);
  • Photo or video of the defective item;
  • Photo or video and a detailed description of the problem

Defected product DO NOT need to be returned.

You are responsible for return postage costs if you would like a refund.

Our essential oils are NON-REFUNDABLE but are subject to exchanges and store credit if you are not fully satisfied.

 

Warranty:

We give a 6 month warranty on all diffusers. In the event we feel there may be any type of misuse or possible warranty fraud we reserve the right to cancel the warranty. Warranty is void in the event of a refund or charge-back. Warranty is not transferable and is strictly only available to the original purchaser.

 

Refund process:

After your request is inspected and approved, we will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed and applied to the method of payment used to make the original order or in some cases we can offer to ship a brand new item free of charge.

 

Customs:

We are not responsible for paying any customs fees. We ship our product with the correct postage. We are not giving any refunds for any custom fees that a postal mail delivery charges in your country, if applicable.
